These vendors are contractually bound to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and may not use it for their own purposes.

4.2 AI Infrastructure

The Service is powered in part by third-party AI model providers. Query content submitted by you may be transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating responses. We select providers whose data handling practices are consistent with the commitments in this Policy. We do not authorize third-party AI providers to use your query content for model training.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Upon written request for account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law.

Query content is retained for a limited period to support service quality monitoring and is then deleted or anonymized. We do not maintain indefinite records of your AI conversations.

6. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure infrastructure hosting.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we take your security seriously and make commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
